I feel quite guilty about yesterday, sorry groomies as I had been busy with the Editor-in-Chief in arranging our editorial shoots for the month. Hence I promise to make it up to you with one of my skin secrets. Nope, its none of that drink more water (though its good for you) advice but a review on the Bliss triple oxygen instant energizing mask.
Meant as a quick fix solution for deary and dull skin. Its meant to jolt life back into skin (read it as tightening, whitening and purging nasty stuff) by delivering oxygen, Vitamin C and a bunch of antioxidants topically in five minutes time while you lay helpless with the fizzing and foaming.
I tend to use this on Thursday mornings as part of my skin SOS-oh someone help me its not healthy-rescue routine. After a good cleanse and a spritz of Caudalie Grape Water mist (review coming soon) later, I apply a slightly above frugal amount of this orangey pink solution and surrender myself to a good 5 minutes of fizzling and foaming for the soft and incandescent skin that follows after. Oh yes I nearly forgot to mention its lemony orangey smell always jolts me out my morning coma due to my 4 hours of sleep regime.
Verdict: It leaves me looking remotely human. A glow in a bubble hidden in a bottle. Recommended for days when one wants to atone for going to bed tired with nothing on (I meant this as skincare, get your head out of the gutter dears) the night before.
Bliss triple oxygen instant energizing mask retails at S$105 (I tore the pricetag off for fear of being disowned by my mum) at Sephora Outlets.
