Hello Groomies, as you probably could tell by now I am a Love More mask addict and I had purchased this Love More 7 Days Princess Charming Set due to the two dirty words “Limited Edition”.

The series of mask is aimed at those needing that extra WOWWOWWOWWOW (pardon me, was listening to Kylie Minogue when I typed that). It contains 7 pieces of mask targeted to rectify (bad choice of words, but trust me on this) skin problems such as sagginess, wrinkles, elasticity and dull skin tone.

• Day 1&2: Boost circulation and banish dullness with the Rose and Tourmaline Peptide Mask

• Day 3&4: Enhance and lift facial contours and diminish wrinkles with the Electric Ore Peptide Mask

• Day 5&6: Lighten and brighten skin with the White Crystal and Platinum Mask

• Day 7: This limited edition Red Magic white Power Mask acts like a finale closing ceremony as it is used on the last day to give skin the finishing touch in the lightening and hydration department.

Love More Australia Agar-agar Lifting Mask

I truly believe in skincare karma, as I in Watsons the other day searching for a mask to give le skin a boost due to another S&M workweek. Honestly, I was practically in a panic mood as my skin has lost its oohlala tautness due my cronic sleep debt. While creeping along the aisles, my wallet slipped off from my hands and it was during its retrieval this Love More Australia Agar-agar Lifting Mask winked at me.

A sheet mask for 25 to 30 year olds, it contains Sea Birds Nest  (the supposed agar agar) from the Australia’s Great Barrier Reef plus Q10 and other goodies to stimulate skin elasticity and lift the facial contours.

I adore its packaging as it resembles an envelope you use for international mail. Perhaps the designers went along the lines of “lets mail ourselves some love” in terms of art direction but I digress. I was practically smothered in serum with this mask (I love a good thick serum) and the scent smells a little pandan-ish. It took a lot of restraint on my part to stop attempting to take a little lick of this mask.

Results? Skin looks puffed up and tauter once I removed this mask after my lie there dumbly with my Uzap routine 30 minutes later. Remember to massage the serum in after removing the mask to aid absorption.

Verdict: No breakouts sighted only tightness elevated. Recommended for groomies in need of the weekly mid week face lift.

Love More Electric Ore Peptide Firming Duo Lifting Mask

I have been f-ing (firming!) around with this mask for a good 3 weeks. Brace yourself (pun not intended) for Love More Electric Ore Peptide Firming Duo Lifting Mask!

A sheet mask comes with hooks that allow you to adhere the mask to your face tightly and an extra flap for the chin. This mask zones in all the slack areas of the face (face and chin) to give it a wonderful lift by infusing the face plus the chin with nanopeptites (reduce wrinkles), Syn-Ake (an agent to relax facial muscles while plumping up wrinkles to reveal baby smooth skin, if you are curious about the other anti-aging goodies, there is Coenzyme Q10, Prezatide Copper Acetate and SFish Collagen thrown in the mix too).

I am ripping the packet in excitement; the scent’s not that overpowering (smells a little applish, I can’t pinpoint it yet. Bad nose bad nose!) I am hooking the face mask in place followed by the chin hooks.

This was followed by a good 20 minutes wait, Uzapping myself to while the time away, remember Soap & Glory’s Slimwear? Its effects are even lethal when combined with the Osim Uzap!

The mask certainly does what it claims as I noticed more supple skin and the signature U face that Holika Holika Plumping Heart V Line Mask gave me. Laugh lines are also puffed up and I noticed lesser shadowy-ness around the mouth area. Do remember to use a moisturizer (I slathered a little Laneige on after this to seal the goodies in).

Verdict: A good sheet mask for F-ing(firming) a sullen midweek face. No stinging and outbreaks sighted with this one. Recommended for groomies in need of a lift.
